Format: Self-filmed UGC content. You film yourself on your own phone, in your own space, on your own time. There is no in-person shoot.
Usage / Rights
(if selected) Your content may be used across digital and social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Usage is worldwide, in perpetuity. You are not required to post anything on your own personal feed. Your name and social media handle will not be publicized.
Payment
Filming Fee: $500 — covers your self-filming time and up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Buyout Fee: $3,000 — paid only if you appear in the final edited campaign, after first public use.
All fees are inclusive of any agent or manager commissions (if applicable).

Project Details:
Session Fee: $500 per session + 20% agency fee if applicable
Usage Fee: $4500 if/when media is utilized + 20% agency fee if applicable
Travel: $500 per travel day (if relevant)
Paid Media: Three (3) years from the date of Hims & Hers’ first use.
H&H Affiliated Media: In Perpetuity
Internal Media: In Perpetuity
